Don't buy from them. If there is even a 5% chance you will need their customer service help, it'll be a nightmare.

My daughter just got her first laptop from the Best buy near our house, and she loved the entire experience, what really helped was the salesperson, who was super kind. She even gave discount, normally they dont. 5 Stars!!!

"Best Buy Needs To Do Better"
I really wish they would improve their customer services, like I really needed help returning a product, but i felt like they didnt even care. Thats not the best buy I remember it being.

I would recommend not buying anything worth over $500 from Best Buy, their policies make it such a hassle to get your item on the go.
